Curved Neck Wrap Heat Pack - Blue Banksia

Wheat filled neck wrap handmade in Melbourne.  The curved shape sits comfortably around neck and over shoulders to provide natural pain relief for muscle aches and tensions.  Segmented sections allow for even temperature distribution.

HEATING:
• Only use a turntable microwave to heat; ensure the microwave is clean and turntable rotates freely before heating. Do not heat on a stovetop, gas or electric oven.

• Rating 650-Watt microwave – heat in 30 second bursts for a maximum of 2 1/2 minutes on high, rotating and turning over during heating.

• If the wheat neck wrap smells or looks burnt, do not use and discard; allow it to cool down completely (on a non-combustible surface) before disposing.

• Place heat pack in the centre of the microwave, with a small mug of water in the microwave during heating to reduce the possibility of wheat drying out and burning.

COOLING
• To use as a cold pack, place in a zip lock bag, or sealable container in the freezer for 30 – 60 minutes.

Neck wrap heat and cold packs provide natural, soothing relief from the pain associated with tension, minor injuries as well as sore muscles and body aches.

CARE:

Avoid prolonged contact with skin and it is not recommended to use under bedding for risk of fire.

Use with caution particularly with the elderly and children; when used incorrectly, wheat heat packs can burn skin.

Always wait for heat pack to return to room temperature before reheating, and only put away to store when completely cold.
